This is a hub store which means it is basically the bulk supply store. The high turn over of associates in this terribly unorganized store is 1 reason they may have your part and they may not- no matter what the website says. If you order online, forget them pulling it until you get there and wait another 15 minutes. Also CALL ahead and make them physically find your item on the shelf or you will most likely take the time and make the trip in vain. Dont expect them to give a crap either...... Take this as wisdom who has dealt with them for over 3 solid years.

My check engine light was on the evening before Thanksgiving. All the garages nearby were closed. The store Sales Rep was helpful and honest. After testing, he gave me the code and told me it was not a serious problem. He was right about it.

Reasonably friendly staff, but quite a slow experience. They couldnt find the key for a locked item, and an employee had to cut it off their display rack. Has everything youd expect from an Advance Auto Parts.
