So my boyfriend and I went in there for a scheduled 10 am RI inspection appointment. We sat there for an hour and a half.(just for an inspection that should take a half hour).People that walked in got in and out just like that. They decided (not abiding by DMV guidelines) to only do the safety part without saying anything to us. They think theyre trying to pull a fast one on us and take $30 now to pay for half an inspection (which is illegal; and yes we did call and talk to the DMV.) and then charge us for the full inspection when we came back for our "retest", which also was not offered....and DMV states that after failing you can take a free retest within 30 days. So in reality they are just a few thieves and lazy. Not to mention they cant abide by legal laws. Went to an actual dealership and what A Quick Tire said was "rotted and rusted" was very very minimal work. First impression is everything!! The worst place Ive ever been to!!!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, in a heart beat. I arrived at 8:15 am for an oil change, 15 minutes after the store had opened. I informed the Secretary I had to be at work at 11 and needed it to be done beforehand. She assured me it would only take about 30 minutes. TWO HOURS LATER, the mechanic asked me if there was a special way to open the hood. Are you kidding me? THEY HAD THE CAR FOR OVER TWO HOURS AND COULDNT EVEN FIGURE OUT HOW TO POP THE HOOD!!!! Its a friggin Ford explorer, the handle to pop the hood literally has "hood" written on it!!! As if thats not bad enough they waited to hours to tell me! Two hours during which I as sitting in the lobby the entire time. Avoid this place and its brain dead employees at all costs!!!!!!

I went there to get some tires after just having some other work done at another place that will remain nameless in Narragansett that cost $1200 .The woman there that was such a sweet heart, I went up to the desk and asked her what the work I just had done at the other place would cost with parts and labor. She went out of her way and called other places that supplied parts that i had just put in the car.... She added them and looked at me and said "Honey, you dont wanna know" the cost with labor from them would have been $580. I have obviously changed where I go now no matter how big or small the job is.with wonderful staff. It is excellent place and and everyone should check it out. Thanks to everyone there.

Nearly friggin killed myself..... Thank God the tire was making a loud noise, which I brought to another location who showed me the only nut left holding the tire in place. 1 half turn and it came off. AQuick (to finish) said there was no proof that they forgot to tighten the nuts. Like anyone wants to steal factory honda accord rims that have hit more curbs and corners than a Las Vegas Hookah.

Went in with a wicked shimmy and was told all the car need was to have some ice cleaned out of one of the front tires. They checked the tire pressure and condition of all the tires, and gave it a passing grade. no fee required. I will be back to buy tires when this set needs replacing. Not sure about some of these older reviews, I have mercedes and my heater does not cost $2,400 to get fixed!

This place is awesome!!! We found a bubble on our tire wall on a road trip. After a horrible experience at speed craft we stopped here to see if we could get a tire, they had to order it but offered to rotate the tires. After offering them money, they just said have a great vacation. Such a friendly atmosphere and professional service.

Unless you want to get taken ($$$) do not patron this business. Charged over $2,400 (yes, thats right) to have my heat fixed in my truck...3 visits...and each one was more expensive than the previous. The President of the company is unethical and will do anything for a Quick Buck.

Was talked out of buying Snow tires into buying all terrain tires and so happy with the decision. They saved me the cost of mounting and unmounting the snow tires twice a year.
