I would rather pay double than ever set foot in this place again!!! The rudest and least knowledgeable people in the state! DO NOT GO THERE, TRUST ME NOT WORTH WASTING YOUR TIME TO HAVE THEM BE LITTLE YOU WHEN YOUR GOING THERE TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, YOU SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER NOT LIKE DIRT!!! Not to mention their prices are through the roof when compared to other leading parts stores!!!

The store should be shut down it has the rudest employees Ive ever came across they would not honor a warranty I have because I didnt buy it from that store if this was my first experience with Napa I would never go back not even if the parts were free Ill stick with my Johnston store where they actually want my business Im surprised Napa even lets them use the name
