Very helpful staff, went in to buy what I needed to do an oil change and they pulled out their flyer showing that the oil I wanted was actually on sale for cheaper if I bought the associated filter, after picking out one that had great reviews I still saved money and came out a quart ahead. Parking lot is crappy but the staff is very good.

This store is well-stocked, and the employees are always helpful and friendly. Today, I needed a replacement rear wiper for my car. Other auto parts stores told me it is a "dealer-only part." Even the dealer did not have it in stock. Advance Auto Parts did have it in stock, and replaced it for me in 2 minutes.

I just stopped by to get some new wipers. They could not of been more helpful. While I was looking for the variety I wanted, the gentleman at the store took my old wipers off and once I bought the new ones, he installed them for me!

I much prefer Adv Auto to AutoZone. They have good online discounts. The primary store is in Somerville, which is well-stocked. There is a high employee turnover at this store but I almost always receive good help.

The one time I went there the service was pretty bad. Call ahead before you go to make sure theyre staffed properly if you need any of their "free" services cause if theyre short staffed they wont help.
