My old Honda CRVs 4 interior bulbs were all out. My first stop at CAP Auto Shop, Framingham MA, they gave me smaller bulbs after looking at my old bulb. I told CAP employee bulbs were too small. No help. My second stop at AutoZone Framingham MA, employee was friendly and helped me to find right bulbs. I tried on bulbs that fit. Bulbs still not work. I returned to AutoZone and told them new bulbs wont work. They did not advise, just gave me the refund. I noticed new Advance Auto Parts just cross the street from AutoZone. I stopped by there, staff was friendly and help. They got the same bulbs what AutoZone gave me. I told them I just came from 2 shops. AutoZone gave me same bulbs that AAP did. One employee has very good knowledge and very helpful. He said he could check the fuses. He was willing to come out of the shop to check fuses, replaced fuses and put on bulbs that turn on NOW !! Thats it - AAP is my first stop from now on !!!

I like other advance auto part stores and frequent them in my area. The guy who helped me, after overlooking me waiting in line and going to help some other guy who had just walked in, was obviously not thrilled with working here. Older gentlemen with a goatee missing a few chompers on the bottom row. Looking passed the simple mistake of not noticing the dude in line holding a big box, this guy wasnt pleasant at all. After getting up charged for a part exchange of the exact same thing he proceeded to speak poorly about a customer who was calling on the phone. Mocked them to the rest of the team and put them on an indefinite hold. When I didnt understand why I was being up-charged for my parts he became instantly hostile. I said whatever and paid the extra so I could be done and get out of dodge. The rest of the team was great and maybe he was having a bad day but nonetheless I would not do business at this location again.

Awesome experience! I cant say enough about Bill, the associate who was able to identify and help me purchase only what I really needed for my car. I went there right from the dealer, who quoted me a long list of little repairs, and was able to spend a LOT less, have a great conversation, and get done what needed to get done. Really appreciated Bills attitude and his assistance.
