The people that work there are not trained at all! A customer was asking a question to the staff member about fish but the staff had no idea how to answer it but luckily I knew it and helped him out. The staff are nice enough but I really think they need to be trained! Some for fish, some for reptile etc. The prices are pretty cheap but Id much rather go to a pet store that might be a little more expensive but are knowledgeable! They can do much better.

These guys are great. Smaller than most Petco/Petsmart stores, but I always find what Im looking for and they are so, so helpful. Ive gotten two ferrets from there who were clearly well taken care of and cared for (Ive gotten animals from other pet stores and... not so much, poor things). They are knowledgeable and really patient, even when I brought my neurotic, formerly feral hound dog in for grooming. Such a great staff!

Healthy fish, with a decent selection of goldfish. It seems that most other pet stores fish are seriously Ill in this area of Rhode Island. This is the only place in the local are that has consistently healthy fish.
