Worst groom in my 20 years of owning dogs! I brought my adorable Labradoodle to be groomed because my normal grooming salon had no openings and I like to get them groomed every 6-8 weeks. I was assured by the groomer that she had 12 years of grooming experienced. I showed her a picture and explained in detail, not to cut her beard or mustache. Came to pick her up and cried. The groomer had shaved her almost bald, including her beard and mustache. The puppy cut was pretty much the same...horrible. I had asked for a "teddy bear clip" which she said she knew. Worse groomer ever. The only one who looked great was the dog I had only a bath and blow out on. DISAPPOINTED for sure! I must say the manager was great, I showed him the picture I had showed the groomer and he and did refund me the cost of the groom. Will never return for grooming services.

Ive had my Maltese groomed there once before and they did a fine job. Then two days ago I took my new puppy there for a puppy cut. I asked for a trim of the face, feet, nails cut and ears cleaned. I specifically asked for areas to be left longer, as is standard for the breed. When I picked my puppy up her entire body had been shaved, including her whole face. For the next day she scretched herself until she bled from the razor burn. Additionally, I wanted the puppy cut, which is advertised on the website as $16 and at the store they charged me for a premium cut of $47!! I would not recommend their grooming, but the store is nice.

I was in the store close to closing time and Kevin lost his temper with me. His tone was nothing short of completely agitated, annoyed and borderline angry. I let him know I would not make a purchase as to not upset their nightly balance and he said he didnt care and I needed to be out of there in 5 minutes. I said I understand. 3 minutes later he was in my face escorting me out as if I was a child. I have never been treated so poorly at any store in my entire life. I think Pet Smart should make sure a "manager" can deal with people because Kevin (working on November 14th Sunday evening) obviously has no patience or manners.

I actually dont usually shop at this PetSmart so Im hoping this isnt their norm, but one of the girls running the front had a super attitude and walked out of the office loudly saying "are you f*ing kidding me?!" To her defense I was probably the only one in the store, but still, unacceptable verbiage. She then followed this up with yelling for another girl to come cover the register. The girl covering the register was nice, but it took me greeting her. I imagine being yelled at doesnt breed an environment of friendliness. Hoping it was just an off night for everyone being 30 min from closing.

Wow, brought my Himmy cat there today to be groomed. First off, they let her sit in her carrier for over 1/2 hour while staff checked their cell phones, and worked on a dog. Then, they worked on her a few minutes, called me in and told me she was too feisty to work on...left her with just her back shaved! Ive been getting my cat groomed for 7 years and this was the 1st time any groomer has not finished the job. Granted, shes feisty, shes a cat for goodness sake! Stay away, cat groomers need patience and tolerance and clearly they dont have those qualifications here!

They have been alright with us before but recently they have just been failing to do a proper job at grooming our dog and this last time they stopped grooming after only half a the cut was done requiring us to seek out another groomer to finish the job. Please just do the right choice from the start and find a local family own groomer and let them get the chance to know your dog and make them feel comfortable

Love the Grooming Salon at this store, Hannah has been grooming my 4 Shih Tzus for well a year and has been EXCELLENT!! Prior to going to Pet smart I went to a private groomer and had a terrible experience with one of my dogs, but Hannah has a "touch" that makes my dogs feel calm and well taken care of. I highly recommend the Grooming Salon for anyone who is looking to have their dog or cat groomed.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the staffs are unfriendly and rude. I came in with an appointment at 4:30, apparently there was someone already booked at 4:30, they were obviously overbooking. I spent an hour sitting there waiting. Im never coming here again, this place is absolutely terrible, poor service, and they didnt even know what they were doing.

After taking my Lhasa to several other groomers and having him come back drugged with clipper-burns (!), I finally found PetSmarts groomers in Manchester. They are sweet and wonderful people who treat my dog with the utmost care. I LOVE these girls :)! My dog is always sweet-smelling, gorgeous and HAPPY when he comes out. Im a loyal customer. :D

Unfriendly staff, dark small store. I had my dog (cockapoo) groomed here yesterday. They did an okay job at best. It cost me 25% more than Pet Co (could not get appointment quick enough) and was not even close to as well done. They just did a basic shampooing (could have done better at home), shaved her, and clipped her nail. We wont be back!

With the 2 previous ratings we were concerned about taking our dog here for grooming, but there were no problems. The cut was one of the best weve gotten and they finished ahead of schedule. We will definitely use them again.
