I took my dog for his first ever grooming. We were so excited to go to Pet-i-cure after reading some good reviews (should have realized that the reviews were from 2005 and 2007). I noted twice, once when I called to make the appointment and also while I was there that I wanted his coat to grow in and only wanted 1) his nails cut, 2) the hair under his eyes TRIMMED and 3) the hair under his "arms" TRIMMED. (I should note this dog grows hair rather than fur). When I picked him up his face was practically shaved and his coat looked like it had been trimmed even though I have very strongly voiced concern before the appointment and had stressed that I wanted his coat to grow in. He looks awful with his face "shaved". I did call to say I wasnt happy and all they could say was that they hadnt shaved him but that they had clipped him "close". No apology, no concern that they hadnt done a good job. I will never bring my dog back to Pet-i-cure.

Simply the best !!!!!! Ive Been going to Cathy for 10 years and Im always very happy..... I have always had German Shepherds and they are Long Coat .... Very difficult to groom unless you know what youre doing. .......I would recommend Peticure to anyone !!!!!!

Always excellent service. Very friendly and the puppies love going there. The staff treat you like family and they always make you feel at home. My two yorkies have been going there for over a year now. Wont go anywhere else.

The hot water runs out in 10 minutes on the do-it-yourself bath, so not great for big, furry dogs!
