Worst Harley dealer in town. Would rather drive 2 hours to the next closest dealer, the one 25 minutes away in Dickson City is the same company, than to ever have to deal with this dealer again. Every time I have been in this dealer they treat you like dirt. I took my bike in for service and from my first footstep inside the door I was treated very rudely. And I ended up walking out the door 5 minutes later because "they wont touch my bike." They claimed my bike has no exhaust baffles when it clearly does, I just bought the bike a year ago from a Harley dealer and I never removed baffles. And the baffles are visible from the end of the pipes. Bottom line is the employees are rude and clearly dont want to make money if they are sending customers out the door because they dont want to work on a perfectly fine bike.

I am from Missouri and my bike had a dead battery when I got to town, it was in the trailer the whole time I drove up here. I called up the dealership and told them my problem and asked if they could charge my battery. The man said I will be there in a few minutes. He came and picked up my bike took it to the shop and charged the battery. I went to pay them for charging my battery but they said you dont have to pay for it. Unfortunately I never got the mans name who worked on my bike, but I wanted to say thank you so very much!

I went there to inquire about getting chrome switch housings and possibly change out the bars to the same bar only in chrome. The sales guy told me I would need to get new cables as well. For the same bars? Went to another dealer and was told I could switch the bars out and not change the cable because there was enough length that I would not need to change them, even if I went to a taller bar. Needless to say, Rommel will never get any money from me. I take my bike and money to any other dealer, BUT Rommel.

I have been going there for years. All the Staff is great, friendly, call you by name, and knowledgeable. I took a used Harley there for service, excellent job. I then bought a new Harley there, Lou in sales was exceptional and all the Staff and Service are top notch. From financing to just getting my Ride inspected always a pleasure to stop there.

ordered passing lamps for my 02 heritage, paid in full (yeah my dumb ass mistake). placed order June 28, told i could pick up july 2nd, it is now july 10th still no passing lamps. heard lame excuse of new ownership and holiday delivery. another bunch of tards blaming every one else for thier failures....

you know its funny of all the harley-davidson shops i went to looking at bikes trying find one this is the only one that sends to another shops webpage so that tells me it was a wast of my time trying to look at there invin........don,t think will ever stop there

Im really surprised by the one stars reviews. These are nice guys in a little shop that helped me with the parts I needed and it was an easy transaction. If you need something they dont have they can get it from another store down the road really fast.
