I found the bike I wanted at East 11 via Cycle Trader. My concern was being in North Carolina and the bike being in PA but after a few email exchanges and reading nothing but positive reviews about East 11 I decided this was a good deal for me. I flew to Philly and not only did Brian arrange to have me picked up at the airport, we also stopped by the license plate office to get temp tags for me to ride the bike back to NC. I met Brian and my mint condition (799 miles) 2014 Harley Davidson Road King at the shop where they had already installed a back rest I shipped ahead along with highway pegs for the ride back. Brian had the bike all set up and ready for my ride back. He installed the highway pegs before I left. All this at no extra charge. The entire experience was a pleasure, I felt taken care of. Two weeks and 1,070 miles later I love this bike and would do business with East 11 again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at East 11 when she decided to upgrade her bike. I called Brian and went to see a bike they had for sale. The bike was just as advertised and flawless. My girlfriend and I spoke for a few hours when I called Brian and told him we had to have it. The bike was serviced and given to us in prestine condition. We drove and rode it back to Maryland and Brian made sure all was well with us and the bike. The bike passed Maryland inspection and it has made my girlfriend smile everyday. That in itself was worth every mile driven. They really care about their customers and you can bet Ill be upgrading with them. You go in as a stranger and leave feeling like youre an old friend. East 11 and Brian, thank you.

I PURCHASED A HARLEY DAVIDSON HERITAGE SOFTTAIL CLASSIC WITH A MATCHING SIDECAR FROM KEVIN AT EAST 11. THE EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THE SERVICE WAS PERFECT START TO FINISH. I AM NOT A TRUSTING PERSON BUT I TRUST THESE GUYS. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I HAD A PROBLEM AT DMV DUE TO AN UNPROFESSIONAL CLERK. SHE INSISTED THAT THE DATE WAS NOT CLEAR ON THE BILL OF SALE. I CALLED KEVIN AND HE FAXED A BILL OF SALE WITH A CORRECTION OF THE DATE EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NOTHING REALLY WRONG WITH THE ORIGINAL BILL OF SALE. NO PROBLEM! NO COMPLAINT! JUST TOOK CARE OF IT IMMEDIATELY. THANKS FOR A TOTALLY POSITIVE BUYING EXPERIENCE.

First thing I noticed was how clean East11s inventory was. Went in to looking for one bike, but left wanting two. Kevin & Brian were extremely helpful from viewing the bike to taking ownership. Also very generous and accommodating working with me, and my time frame. After riding my new tw200, all I can say is ITS SO MUCH FUN. I highly recommend checking this place out, and I will for people looking for a bike.

Just picked up a 2003 Road King and the experience was second to none. Brian was straight forward and easy to work with. I was an hour early and the bike was still ready to go.
