First off this should never be rated a 4.1 star, it literly deserves 0 stars. Google the reviews on the delivery of Raymor and flannagan before purchasing anything from this company please! I ordered bedroom furniture(3 pieces) Jovia set worth $2,000 dollars, as it looked very nice in the store. Got everything set up for delivery after the purchase and thats when everthing goes completely wrong. You would think this furniture is nice spending $2,000 on 3 pieces. First delivery the 2 dressers came broken,couldnt open a few drawers,felt scratched, Knicks everywhere, 2nd delivery the dressers were again broken and the same as above, 3rd delivery the dressers still broken and same as above, wait the 4th delivery still broken! This is an absolute joke at this point. If you want to wait around for 5 deliveries then go with this company. How could this possibly be?? Plain and simply terrible!! And the customer service is horrible as well!! This could prob be the worst furniture company I have every dealt with in my life. I have ordered furniture from all over and this was my first time with Raymour but never again!!Please do yourself a favor and dont deal with the hassle!!! Go somewhere else and get furniture, you will get better furniture, no hassle, and wont have to deal with any problems. The way this company treats you and the quality of their furniture they should be out of business. I wish I was able to upload pictures here to show everyone the furniture on every delivery ! You will regret buying from here if you do purchase something. O yeah and they knicked all my walls up brining the furniture in and out and said they could do nothing for me either! O ya they offered me $100 gift card for my trouble shah what a joke! Who would come back to your store ever !!

This rating would be much higher but Ill explain why its not and Ill start from the beginning. Everyone is very nice. The sales people are bit pushy when you come in but they got the hint when I said Im there to make a sale with a particular person to buy a mattress. Glenn Lash is awesome. 5 stars for him. He knew what products to show us that were in our price range and knew about them as well. Go buy from him! We get to check out to pay for everything and they tell us we cant get next day delivery because the mattress "isnt where its supposed to be". Those were the girls exact words. It would take a day to move it, she said. I said ok, my husband doesnt work until the afternoon so can it be delivered before 3pm, I asked. They dont deliver to peoples schedules is the answer I got. Well---because you promise next day delivery, and we cant get it because the mattress "isnt where its supposed to be", you should be able to accommodate, no? No. My husband got a call this morning that they would be there between 1PM and 4PM. He asked them if they could get there before 3, they said theyd "probably" be there by 1. Its now 2:45PM and theyre still not there. 1 star for not getting next day delivery and not being able to accommodate at all with people who work. Because now we have to ask someone to come to our house to let them in whenever they decide to get there to deliver it. UPDATE: It is now 3:45 and my husband called the delivery place to find out when they were coming and they said they couldnt get a hold of the delivery guys but 20 minutes ago they were headed to Lehighton. Who makes up these delivery schedules? Why are you sending them locally then to Lehighton to come back locally????

I went to that store on 3/4/14 and I hated it, browsed around and saw something i liked and tried talking to the female manager there by the name of Dee Gonsalez to see if I can get a discount and she was such a grunt she wasnt interested at all about helping me she was more interested in gossiping about her personal marital woes with another associate and the funny thing is that after a while that same associate came back to me and told me everyone hates her there that they dont like it when she is scheduled.. What a hypocrite , A bunch of backstabbing sharks in that store.. I cant even begin to tell you how it felt. That manager should go work for the food stamp office where she will fit in with the rest of the miserable workers there. I will not shop there as long as that miserable manager works in that store Im still in need of a good bedroom set but we are just gonna wait for Ashley to open up just across the street from that shark infested store.

Ive been here twice, they follow you from the front door all through out the store, even when you ask them to give you time to look around. The first time is about 2-5 minutes they come over and try to give you water as an excuse to bug you. they hound you the entire time youre walking through. They love pushing their "one day sale" which is THE SAME SALE every single day!!! Long story short, I liked the bedroom set there, I found the EXACT same set at Monarch in Easton, a locally owned business. They give a 10 year warranty, Raymour gives a 1 year....They also beat "raymours" BEST deal by over 300 dollars!!!!! Raymour is PUSHY, and OVERPRICED, makes me wonder how the heck did they get so big! Go to Monarch and save yourself money AND aggrevation!!!!!

I have had two great experiences here-one being today. My salesperson,Ted Hamilton, could not have been a more perfect balance between letting me shop on my own and yet being available when I needed him. In addition, when I asked him to compare the features of 3 sofas I had chosen, he did so without regard to price. Once I made my choice, he then gave me an additional discount over the sale price. Finally, the delivery fee was only $37.50, compared to American Signature, which wanted $120 to deliver a sofa costing the exact same amount!

We were Looking to buy furniture for our living room. First went to Ashley furniture store. there Bad customer service then went to your store in Whitehall. And was greeted by Frank as soon as we walked in. He offered us cold bottles of water and directed us towards the recliner section. He gave us our space and once we were ready he approached us. Nice selection of recliner sofas . We got a great deal plus interest free financing for 2 years. Frank was great. Very happy with our experience. Thanks Frank
