First off Raymour Flannigan deserves 0 stars not 1. Google the reviews on the delivery of Raymor and flannagan before purchasing anything from this company please! This company should be out of business already. I ordered bedroom furniture(3 pieces) Jovia set worth $2,000 dollars, as it looked very nice in the store. Got everything set up for delivery after the purchase and thats when everthing goes completely wrong. You would think this furniture is nice spending $2,000 on 3 pieces. First delivery the 2 dressers came broken,couldnt open a few drawers,felt scratched, Knicks everywhere, 2nd delivery the dressers were again broken and the same as above, 3rd delivery the dressers still broken and same as above, wait the 4th delivery still broken! This is an absolute joke at this point. If you want to wait around for 5 deliveries then go with this company. How could this possibly be?? Plain and simply terrible!! And the customer service is horrible as well!! This could prob be the worst furniture company I have every dealt with in my life. I have ordered furniture from all over and this was my first time with Raymour but never again!!Please do yourself a favor and dont deal with the hassle!!! Go somewhere else and get furniture, you will get better furniture, no hassle, and wont have to deal with any problems. The way this company treats you and the quality of their furniture they should be out of business and I dont doubt they they will be in the future. I wish I was able to upload pictures here to show everyone the furniture on every delivery ! I returned everything and will never shop here again! Hope everyone reads this before purchasing furniture! You will regret buying from here if you do purchase something. O ya they offered me $100 gift card for my trouble hahah what a joke! I had to take off 4 days of work for their terrible mistakes and furniture and they offered me a gift card lol and said thats the best we can do!! Who would come back to your store ever !!

They are absolutely amazing! 3 calls for 3 different problems. They answer my issues promptly and fast appointments. Always on time. Steve is a great dude too! My special order bedroom set $3000 had a niche in it. I called them and told them it came with a niche and they sent someone out in 2 days! I didnt even need someone out that quick, it is just a piece of furniture that I could wait to have it repaired. My ottoman has a tear on the corner. Fixed! The lady that calls after the services are done is very friendly too.
