Seems to be hit or miss with the quality of the furniture. Years ago we purchased a recliner sofa and within two years the one arm came detached and the store said it was past the warranty. Recently I purchased an end table which had to be returned because it wobbled. They told me they had a replacement table that was in perfect condition and it looked ok in the store but had really noticeable nicks in it when I got it home. Obviously nobody really checked either one of the tables beforehand. The 3rd table was finally ok which they delivered at no charge because I was the one who had to haul the first two tables back to the store. I later saw the same table online $100 cheaper with free shipping. In the past Ive also purchased a recliner for my Mom which was ok and two chairs for a bedroom which Im satisfied with although theyre hardly used. Their furniture may look nice but I definitely think the quality is not that great.

The chair we ordered came in completely defective many, many things were wrong with it. La-Z-Boy agreed that it was made poorly by them but for 4 weeks refused to give us a refund.They were trying to force us to buy another product from them or we were told we would lose our money. After 2-3 calls from me each week and visits to the store, a senior area manager, based in the mid-west was finally called and he did the right thing. He called me immediately after he became aware of the situation. He listened to me, the customer, and agreed that they made a mistake and he issued me a full refund with his apologies. Without his intervention this review would have been Zero stars.

Purchased 2 recliners for my mom last Sept. Chairs were delivered in Nov and both were damaged. Today (April 29th) received 4th delivery and guess what? Both chairs were damaged yet again! Customer service at store level is lousy. Referred to senior rep, Brenda, in Midwest and she has given my mom the royal runaround. Will be going to store to demand full refund. Have been more than patient. Company has had my money (over $1600) for 8 months and 4 chances to make and deliver chairs that were not damaged. Awful craftsmanship, poor customer service, and endless empty promises. Stay away from this place! Totally tried to take advantage of an older woman.

Salespeople are horrible but if you can get past that and actually convince yourself buying furniture from this place is a good idea you better hope you dont have to contact their service dept. After calling their service dept it took 6 weeks for someone to come out and take a look at our faulty couch. The "repair" accomplished nothing and now were stuck with a broken couch with a "lifetime warranty". Dont let them fool you and dont make the same mistake we did. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere

I bought the extended warrantee which comes in handy. I have a service call for the technician to come to my home. Bad thing os and i wasnt told this after 1 year i jave to pay for labor, i have to pay for 1 hour of service $115 bucks. Thats for assessment, if he has to do repairs and it goes over an hour i have to pay more. What a hidden rip off. Then to top it off i had to pay upfront to get an appointment.

Sales person just drops the ball AFTER a "brand new" electric sofa is delivered to my elderly parents! Doesnt work right! Call the service number... Basically told me they cant get anyone out untill FEB13th! Lousy Customer - they just want to make their sale! Extremly dissaponted BBB for sure
