Very friendly and informative in the showroom. My wife has some back problems and we needed a well made top end bed, that is what we got. Price for what we got was great and the fact that they will adjust it during the first year for free is great. Only issue we had was the delivery crew seemed to be in a huge rush, breaking a sidewalk light out front and almost knocking some stuff off the wall. Delivery people are the face of the company going into the clients house. Always feel its important for them to be careful and make you feel like your there most important delivery of the day. Company paid for the light without question. So the bed is great and we got one of our best nights sleep in a long time. I would highly recommend them.

I like to buy local so I was pleased to find Verlo when I was shopping for new mattresses as it is a locally-owned family business. They actually make the mattresses themselves so you can change what goes into the mattress if youd like it firmer or softer than one of the standard builds. I did this for one of the mattresses I bought. You can even see all of the raw materials and how the mattress is crafted in their nearby factory. I have been very happy with all of the mattresses I purchased from Verlo and am thrilled that a local company has such a high quality, affordable product.

I am a college student and I purchased a V1 Foam in a full size from the West Chester store. The mattress is soooo comfortable and the mattress protector is really worth buying. Employees were nice and very helpful. Five stars!!!!
