Completely Dishonest. My husband and I went in looking for a recliner. We have several cats either urinary problems and had had to get rid of several pieces of furniture they had peed on. The sales lady told us that the La-z-boy fabric protection would protect against that. She said if one peed on it or we spilled a drink it would just bead up and be able to be wiped off and would not soak in. She convinced us we could pick any fabric and color we wanted and offered us financing. We decided to go for it and got approved but then she rang us up and said we had to pay half upfront because we chose a different fabric! We were set to cancel and leave but the manager found one in stock in a darker fabric. We decided ok and got that one. Several months later one of the cats peed on the couch and it soaked right in....we couldnt get the stain or smell out. We called the store and the fabric protection place but no one called us back.....for over a month. I evwbruslly complained on the lazboy Facebook page. Two days the store told us the fabric protection isnt waterproof and doesnt cover smells (NOT what we were told initially) but theyd help us and get us a new cushion. Well they never ordered it!!!! Manager said hed get right on and call me in 2 days.....he never did of course. It took me reaching out to La-z-boy social media AGAIN and now our cushion is ordered for us. I like our soft couch and I would definitely get another La-z-boy product but NEVER from the Exton store again. I cant believe how poorly they treated us just to get a sale.

Furniture was pretty pricey here, but the staff did a nice job showing us different options at different price points. You pay for quality.
