We had a nice experience with this company the first couple of go rounds when we purchased several various items for our new home. After which we received a discount in the mail which we thought was a nice incentive for customer loyalty/award. We went back there and found a chair that we really liked but didnt realize we HAD to bring the coupon with us. The same blond lady (I think she maybe the manager) that someone else referenced absolutely refused to budge. She would not allow us to pay for the chair with the discount then and there, nor come back the next day with the coupon as it would have expired by then nor go home and retrieve the coupon as they were closing soon. The third time and final straw for us, was last night!!! YUP!!! June 10, 2016!!! They advertised on the radio 50% OFF!!!! EVERYTHING MUST GO!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE PEOPLE!!!! THERE IS NOT NARY ONE SINGLE SOLITARY ITEM THAT IS 50% OFF!!!! NOT A ONE!!! You can only get 15% off the original price or get the item for the listed sale price (floor model only) ergo...youre NOT getting a deal at all!!! Do not waste your time nor your gas!!! TYPICAL SHYSTER TACTICS!!! Well...maybe after this posting...they will finally sell that hideous purple recliner that looks like grandpas butt crack has been sitting in it for the last 45 years at 50% off!!! :) BUYERS BEWARE!!!

The first time we bought furniture here we had a pleasant experience. Today September 15th 2016 was NOT!!!! The customer service was very poor!! When you have a customer spending over a thousand dollars of their hard earned money you should not speak to them as if you dont care about their issue. I let the gentleman know I was aware of the pick up time when I called but he just kept saying pick up times are between 10 and 5. When I pick up my furniture this will be my last purchase at furniture and more!!!! I seen other items in the store that I would purchase for our new home but no thank you my husband and I will take our money else where.

I recently bought a dine room table and the first vist was awesome. Well we got the call that the table came in so I go up there and the Blonde working on 4/27/16 @ 5:30 pm was completely rude in saying that pick up time was between 10/5 and along with anything me or my friend asked she had a attitude towards us we both have dropped a lot of money there but we will take our business elsewhere

Every year they have a closing / blow out sale remodeling store sale blah blah. They are the same prices that they have any other time. They try to make you think that since they are closing / remodeling / moving you are going to save big bucks, your not.
