I had a very favorable experience buying my kitchen cabinets from Just Cabinets in Pottstown. I felt like my concerns were addressed and any questions I had were answered thoroughly. Ed was very helpful in suggesting some things I hadnt thought about and I am very happy with the overall design of my kitchen. The cabinets are made by Kraftmaid, and they are very nice quality. When I received the order from Kraftmaid back in May, I looked over all the cabinets and saw that one of the doors had a ding in the front. I called Just Cabinets and told them and they ordered a replacement door with no questions asked. Our kitchen remodel project took several months, but now that the cabinets are in, I have to say that I am very pleased with the outcome. The only thing I would say is a draw back is that you have to do the measuring personally. It is critical that your measurements be exact. But other than that, I would recommend Just Cabinets in Pottstown.

I was VERY disappointed in the service at Just Cabinets in Pottstown. The manager disregarded my e-mails and failed to follow-up with phone calls (if the manager was this bad I wonder what the rest of the staff is like) We ended up buying our cabinets from Just Cabinets in Wilmington, their service was far superior and we got them tax free!
