We got a sectional couch and after 2 weeks the couch sank in and we try to complaint about it and they said its out of their hands. We tried to return and we paid in cash and they said they cant do the return. They did not even try to settle or fix the problem. They also said bec we did not get a warranty for it so they cant do anything. This is a stupid policy because it was only 2 weeks and it should be covered. Not recommending to anybody to buy in this store. Employees are stupid and delivery sucks.

Follow up sucks!! After you order they dont want to hear from you. Coventry mall store. They act like your bothering them!!! I could have gotten my set any where, i went there to try and support the small business owner boy what a mistake!!!!!!! Never again!!!! Btw they wont even let you post a no star or half star review!!

I have ordered multiple furniture pieces over the past few years. Everything from living rooms to bedroom sets to dining sets and it has all held up through children, animals and multiple moves! We have also used Regency financing who has been a delight to work with! Great value for the quality!
