My husband and I have been doing some internet research on mattresses because we were planning to replace the one that weve had for years. Since this location was closest to us, we thought wed stop in to take a look at what weve been researching. When we entered the store, a nice, young gentleman asked us if we needed help and we said that we were just looking. He told us that when we were ready to ask questions, he would be at the desk in the back. After 5 minutes of browsing, the older gentleman (manager?) yelled across the store to tell us where we could find prices. We said thank you and continued looking. After another 5 minutes, he yelled across the store to ask us if we wanted to try the system to help us choose a mattress. We said no thank you, that we had an idea of what we were looking for. He then started telling us about a mattress brand that we had no intention of buying. We told him AGAIN that we were browsing and did not want help. He then became very rude and said that we were wasting his time. I turned to my husband and said that I was ready to go. He said that if we werent buying anything that we should get out, so I said that we were planning to but not from him. He then told us to go somewhere else and opened the door for us to leave. I have never been treated so poorly by a salesperson. That man was so rude that Im still angry about it several days later. The store was absolutely empty and its no surprise why. We ended up buying a mattress at from another vendor and spent about $500 more than we originally intended, but it was worth it. We were treated so much better and have been enjoying an amazing nights sleep.

I went in there with my partner to find out what kind of mattress would suit us. We had just moved in together and were saving up money to get a really nice, King size mattress. While we hadnt originally planned on buying that day, if we found one that was affordable we were going to buy it. The first salesman was very helpful and allowed us to try each of the mattresses, listening to our opinions and showing us other models we might like or agree on. He was telling us about a sale on the model we were currently discussing, but as soon as the manager caught wind that we werent 100% set on buying today / didnt know exactly what we wanted he basically told us to leave and dismissed us. We were the only people in the shop the entire time, too. I guess he had more important things to attend to than a potential sale or future customers. I took my business elsewhere and got a much cheaper mattress of the same model.

I had a really nice guy try his best to give me really good service. He put me on this test bed that is supposed to diagnose your specific needs for a bed. Instead it was a really long advertisement telling me I had no idea on how to choose a bed. Finally it was over and the guy said I needed a firm mattress which I all ready knew. I had him direct me around and I tried out a whole bunch. When I asked about the 50 percent off signs all around the parking lot an older guy interrupted and continued with the hard sale approach. Long story short I left feeling like I was being persecuted for wanting a deal. I did let him know that the original salesman was doing fine. Oh and is it legal to sell floor models? Anyway, leave this place alone unless you enjoy being bullied.

We are a previous customer who bought two expensive mattresses, we were happy with. However when we decided to order a third mattress a few days before Easter we were not properly informed by the sales person that a box spring was not part of what we ordered, so an incomplete set was delivered. When we discovered this the day before Easter when we were expecting a guest, we asked for a fast delivery of the missing part. However we were charged $199.- for that delivery (an 18 miles distance from the store), which we considered grossly unfair as it was not our fault that a complete set was not put together in the days before. This place is rude how do you tell someone "thank you for wasting our time" You walk in to see prices and your trying to force someone to buy a mattresses. I would never buy anything from this place. The people are rude.
