I usually enjoy going to Giant. I recently experienced a different side of how to close at 5. Usually my experience has been if you are on before closing time you can do your shopping but the door gets locked at closing. I was hurrying so as not to hold people up but I was told I needed to stop and check out as store was now closed. I of course did that and when I got to check out there was one register open. Ive never been treated like this and I apologize as I have not experienced this any other place Ive shopped. I will know not to enter Giant in the future unless I can complete by closing time.

I love this giant! I go here at least 2x a week. They have a lovely natural/organic department in the back of the store which is where I frequent the most. The prices are pretty good except on organic produce which is usually $2 or more than its non-organic counterparts. Besides that, its an awesome grocery store :)

For 2 years I have tried to place my deli order through the kiosk in store and for 2 years it has not worked. Either get rid of if or fix. I dont understand why you offer a service people cannot use. And yes I have spoken to a manager about this and I basically get a shrug.

An employee saw that I was looking down the first three aisles like I was confused. She approached me and asked if I need help and took me to the exact position of where the item was located she was very courteous and offered other ideas for things that I could use.

Giant is located very close to our house. Im there quite often. We have been pleased with most everything there. Also, its great to be able to get gas rewards and eventually pay much less for gasoline. We will continue to use Giant in the years to come.

Clean and bright. Well staffed and shelves are kept stocked. Open 24 hours, so you can avoid the crowds and lives by coming at off peak times if you plan ahead.

Hit or miss. We coupon so we look for bargains. They tend to run out of great deals quickly so the selection isnt the best. Its better than most around.
