Employees were so helpful and went out of their way to help us! My husband and I had flown into Lehigh Valley from Missouri to attend my brother-in-laws funeral when we stopped at Weis on Glenlivet Drive to see about ordering a sandwich tray for the funeral dinner. We got to the store at 6:30PM and needed the sandwich tray the next morning at 6:30AM. The Deli manager was there (I am sorry to say I did not get her name) and she was so accommodating and had no problem getting the tray ready with only 12hours notice! The next morning when we went to pick up the food, the deli employee bent over backwards for us....she got us a cart and ran to grab mayonnaise and mustard off the grocery store shelves. The Deli Manager came in as we were getting ready to go and made sure we had everything we had ordered. We told her thanks again for doing the tray last minute and she said "absolutely no problem" and gave her condolences for our familys loss. We cannot tell you enough how much we appreciated the great customer service!

The beer and wine cafe- The girl who runs the cafe... Migdalia is amazing. She is very knowledgeable with the products She carries , very attentive and accommodating and even started carrying a beer that I asked her for. I can get beer closer to my house but Im more than willing to drive the extra few miles to a place where I know Im going to be taken care of. I hope the Weis family knows about this great asset they have in their beer cafe Thank You Migdalia

Coming from the Midwest where alcohol laws were extremely laid back and I could buy alcohol in any amount at any store, Weis is the best place to feel that freedom again. They have a great selection. Their groceries are a tiny bit higher in prices than the competitors but not by much. Ive yet to decide on my favorite grocery store but theyre tied for the top of my list so far.

I shop late on a sunday nights after work. There were zero registers open and I had a full cart. The girl floating near the self checkout said she couldnt open a register until 10:30. Are you kidding me? Such poor mgmt. She offered to help at the self check out, but what a pain in the --s.

Highly negative encounter with manager and agent at store. Shift managers and employees were insulting and belittling. There are similarly priced grocery alternatives with better vibes. This place is weird. Maybe okay in large groups. But if you shop alone, not so much.
