I shop at this Wegmans a few times a week. My wife and I decided to use their catering services for our daughters birthday party. We ordered quite a bit of food and for the amount we received it was more than $600. That is not my main complaint however. I am willing to pay top dollar for good quality food but this food was tasteless. It lacked quality in that the sandwich trays that we ordered and were given lacked the quality ingredients used to make a tasty appetizing meal. The customer service was good, the presentation was good, the quantity was good......however the taste of the food was not. In particular the wrap trays, the wedge sandwich trays, the cookie trays and the caesar salad were not good to eat and I expect much more from this store, especially for the cost. I wont use their catering service again.

I hadnt been in the store in a couple of years, and had made comment to my daughter that the store hade made some changes. I didnt recall ever seeing the beer selection, nor the seating area. That was the first thing I noticed upon entering the store from the side entrance. The restaurant seating at lunch time was crowded however, it also seemed a bit dirtier than I would have expected. The tables were not cleaned as people left, and the floor hadnt been kept clean. Overall the store was top notch like all Wegmans are. The employees all seemed passionate about their roll in the stores success.

I grew up in Rochester where Wegmans started. I was so excited when Wegmans opened in Downingtown. It was like going back to my childhood. They still have the train wizzing around the ceiling. The surprising thing about Wegmans is they do so many things well. They can give you premium items but still keep reasonable prices on the chicken and other staples that you purchase weekly. The food bar is a little pricey but the variety and speed make up for it. Their biggest surprise I think is how good and cheep their pizzas are!

Customer services is below par. Took water filters back that were broken when I took them out of the box. The person behind the desk was ignorant and cared more about carrying on with a staff member then paying atention to what I needed. Their computer system isnt linked to the wegmans card like the collegville wegmans and instead of giving you a gift card with your money on it they write a number down on a piece of paper for you to redeem your cash, very classy and busines like...... I will not be doing business here again.

Their bakery department ROCKS! They were so helpful in working with me to get a picture of a bulldozer for my husbands birthday cake, so that it was what I wanted. Thank you Jackie and her manager who went above and beyond their call of duty!! And to the younger lady who helped us with the download. I know the cake will be delicious because my husband bought mine here last year, and the customer service is just that--customer service, like the "old days"! Well worth it. Thanks Wegmans

Wegmans is often said to be expensive. To this, I say, maybe, but the value is off the charts for a chain grocer. The aisles are huge, the lines move fast, the bakery and deli are amazing, and their generic foods are actually par with name brands. The beer selection is terrific, with specials every so often. We use them for catering, and is one of the best for the price. I save no less than 15% on every trip just using my wegmans card, so Im happy with them as a premium store.

Good line up of products, more options. The customer service is generally courteous, the place is very neat and clean. They are open for 24 hours excepting national holidays so its convenient. Two things that I dont like 1. its crowded during peak hours that you may have to rub shoulders & have difficulty walking through the aisles & 2. there parking space is too limited around the store since there are other stores around. Parking is too difficult during peak hours.

Great customer service from every employee, you can ask someone about a product,they stop doing whatever and take you there or inquire about it bring it out or give you an eta. They dont roll their eyes like your a pain for interrupting them. Well displayed,many choices of same item, everything looks fresh. I have been shopping there since they opened in Downingtown.

Great organic and gluten free food selection. Very clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. Great fruit and vegetable selection....prices are good compared to other grocery stores. Parking can be a PITA when its busy. Tip: weekday mornings are the best to get in and out - no crowds at all. Stay away on weekends if you dont like to shop with big crowds.

Fantastic fresh food! Delicious bakery, great beer selection, hot and cold bars, fresh hot specialty made to order drinks and foods. Great natural and holistic selections of food and body care products. Wegmans brand products typically cheaper than Giant and Acme store brand prices. Never any rogue carts in parking lot either! Could easily spend hours here.

Great selection. Prices always seem a little high but, upon review of my purchases, Ive found that my lack of self control is typically the culprit - again, great selection! I have to add though that, the buffet left me a little disappointed, I know; disappointed by a grocery store buffet? But they have been mostly enjoyable in the past & at other Wegmans.

great range of products, good prices, friendly and helpful service. Much better than Whole Foods because they offer actual organic and recycled items, but also sell the more commonly used consumer products (such as laundry detergent). I also find the people working at Wegmans much more knowledgeable about the store and what they sell. Love it!

Favorite local grocery store! We live very close to two other similar stores but still drive 10+ minutes down 30 to shop here. On our last trip we bought some of the pre packaged Wegmans Filets and they were outstanding! They always seem to have everything in stock, have good prices, and have friendly service. The sushi is also amazing!

Their produce is top notch. Their poultry and pork excellent. Wonderful cheese selection and Mediterranean bar. I ding them a star for lack of product diversity. Typically they have their brand and only 1 or 2 others. Also, they are a little slow getting produce out in the morning. I like to see everything restocked by 7 am, not 10.

Wegmans is awesome! They have basically everything you need food wise and also with household items. They have tons of brands of everything, they have a huge cheese section, they have a great prepared food section with tons of different cuisines. I would absolutely recommend Wegmans to everyone.

Employees are miserable especially the pizza and cafe shops. Poor customer service has turned me and my family completely off and we typically drive out of our way and pay more for similar products and exemplary service. Time to spend some much needed $$ on customer service training!!

A good Wegmans location marred only by the hellish parking lot. The store itself has a good selection but is usually very busy, especially on weekends. This location is not stand alone and is part of a larger strip mall. The traffic patterns in the lot are miserable.
