This store is a little different from most grocery stores in that it is smaller, shoppers bag their own groceries, bags are not provided, and the shopping carts are locked up. These things may sound negative, but they actually make Aldi my favorite store. Because the store is smaller, getting what you need and getting back to your day is much easier. There are several registers, which means lines move quickly if there is one at all. The cashiers do not bag the items, which expedites checkout. A counter is available for shoppers to organize their groceries in bags after paying. Aldi does not provide bags, but rather expects shoppers to provide their own or purchase a reusable one. This is not only cost efficient (which is evident in their prices) but also great for the environment. Dont forget a quarter! The carts have an interlocking system that requires a quarter to disconnect one. This prevents shoppers from leaving their carts in the parking lot, which protects vehicles and eliminates the need for employees to be sent to gather them. Once the cart is reconnected, the quarter is released. I go out of my way to shop here.

Had horrible experience checking out on 1/16/17, cashier" Kayla" was rushing threw the items on the belt an basically throwing the items in the shopping cart damaging items in the basket. Kayla was packing items on top of each other & not stock heavy items to the bottom of the cart. My wife asked Kayla, could she please slow down & is this how you pack all the ALDI customers carts? With a condescending smile Kayla replied, YES! My wife was annoyed & asked for a store manager. The store representative came over an when asked is this how the cashiers are trained to pack the items in the carts? Her response was, Yes! Im sure that ALDIs being a brand new BRAND & concept to the Middle Delaware area would like to have a A+ representation with the surrounding community.

Excellent products, excellent prices. Youll recognize a lot of the packaging but the name will differ. Try it - it tastes the same or better. So many great little discoveries! The fresh pasta, the MEATS (wow!!), frozen chicken lo mein, brioche rolls, chocolates from Germany, smoked gouda snack chips and even wrapping paper. Loved everything i purchased on my first trip and went back for more. Heres the down side to Aldi, they wont always have it "next time". Some items are bought as a special, sold, and are gone. But, you never know if/when theyll be back. Definitely try the fresh meats, deli selections, cheers and fresh pasta. The pork was almost as good as my local butcher, really. Spend some time and walk around the are treasures hidden everywhere.

I love Aldis . Great German brand doing business all around world. Selections which you usually will find in fancy little international grocery shops. Just gotta be smart and attentive while shopping. And brace enough to try something you havent before.Please,Aldis, bring herring and caviar

This is a new format store and it is clean and well stocked. The produce is fresh quality. The lines were short and the employees engage with public in a cheery helpful way. It is an easy stop for one or two items or a full basket. Wide accessible aisles. Many organic and healthy choices.

Love it. Im sure that their products are made by the big name companies. Their prices are better than anywhere else. It has become our main stop for groceries. There are some things that they dont carry, but we can get most of our items there.

Not very much to pick from but if youre in need of a quick pickup. This is the place. Youre not surrounded by tons of people like Wal-Mart & the prices are unbeatable. Next to the prices comes the dollar store.

Different varies of grocery food here - definitely a cool place to try out! Dont forget your quarters for the cart (dont worry youll get them back when you return it) and grocery bags (as they are not provided)

Peculiar store. Doesnt carry everything that a normal supermarket does, but has good prices on what it does carry. If you can make do with the limited selection of goods, its not bad.

Great items and prices.. was confused with how to get a shopping cart. Would of never known that you needed to insert a quarter!! However when asked staff was very willing to show.

They have a lot of organic food which is great but sadly the baby formula has GMO in it. I wish there were more german foods like rollmops and german breakfast breads.
