Great deals, but terrible service. They never have enough staff on working the registers. They only have 4 registers, how hard is it to have 4 people running registers? I just waited 20mins in line because they only had 3 out of 4 registers going also found out you couldnt use American Express there had to go out to my car to get a different card. I was told that when I came back in I would be taken care of immediately well I ended up waiting another 10mins and left without my items because she had another 20items to ring up from the person she started after I left.

Amelias Grocery Outlet used to have a fantastic selection of discounted food items obtained from manufacturer overruns. I frequented the store often as the savings were worth the drive. On this last visit I have found a larger selection with much higher prices. The prices were on par with first quality grocery retailers. My wife and I browsed the store and left without finding a single bargain. I will continue saving at my local, neighborhood Aldi store. While the variety of the selection isnt that of Grocery Outlet, the prices are substantially lower.

Great Prices but..... Employees were very rude. Every single one i encountered seemed as if they were very annoyed to be working there. A few brushed passed me 3 or 4 times in the same aisle bumped me and my kids never once said excuse me or sorry. The cashier didnt greet me or said thank you for shopping with us nothing it almost looked as if it hurt her to tell me what i saved and about the coupon on the receipt..The customer service in this place sucks but prices are good..

Amelia is a great place to shop, if you know how to shop for food. You have to know what kind of foods are good to buy even if expiration date is a little over due. I shop their all the time and save lots of money buying lots of good quality foods. Dry foods are the best to buy. so far I have not encountered any spoiled food.

Great place to find great deals on groceries! Some stuff is on crazy sale and some stuff is regular priced; you do need to know how to shop smart. We stock up on deals here, then augment from regular grocery stores for stuff that we dont find here. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help.

Great place to find deals, do not plan to freeze these items or let them go not used for a while always close to expiration at this type of store.
