I use to enjoy coming to this store a lot; I was recently informed that one of the cashiers quit due to harassment. Its a real shame; she was probably the friendliest Cashier they had. She always knew how to make a bad day into a good day for us customers; I have seen her be harassed by her coworkers. Particularly the blonde manager; watch out guys. That one knows how to smile and act nice; but shes actually really rude. Ive heard her bad talk us customers; and verbally harass her coworkers. Has anyone else here ever had issues with the blonde manager? Any, I think her name is. And who here has also had unpleasant experiences with the one older gentleman Le. Hes very knowledgeable but very rude too. I hope they clean up their act; they keep losing such good employees. And from what I hear its constantly due to harassment. Shame. Real shame. I hope their lead cashier finds a place that treats her with much more respect than she was receiving. I remember talking to her and she said she constantly wanted to go to HR and complain to them but nothing would get done. And how she would speak to her gm but hed talk with the person; yet nothing would change. Aside from that; they have an okay selection of appliances. I particularly like the grills & vacuums; I bought a kenmore vacuum not too long ago. Its like a cats purr. Its lovely, works real well. Their tool selection is pretty okay to decent; wish theyd stop discontinuing some of the products though. I hope they work on getting better as a whole store; perhaps if I go in next time the blonde manager will be long gone. Cause too my knowledge this is the third employee whose quit because of her behavior. And I do not think thats good manager material. But hey, we live in a world and people have no respect for others.

ITS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING WE BOUGHT FURNITURE AND PAID FOR IT IN CASH and had our deliver changes 3 times AND AT THE END OF THEY WE STILL DIDNT GET OUR COUCH we called corporate office and reached out to the sears in warrington location and we were told that they will send addition help THEY DID NOT the 2 guys that showed up were TOTALLY USELESS they didnt even try to get the couch inside STAY AWAY I will be reporting this INSANITY to BBB and EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA POST this hase been the most frustrating expirience I have ever went through. WE RER FED BULL OF LIES CHANGES in delivery dates and WAITED FOR 2 MONTH and still ended up with out a couch... do not use that store it will PAINFUL.

I figured I would give them another chance after not finding the sprinkler I needed at lowes or home depot....found the sprinkler on sale for $14...tried to pay with cash...cashier rang it up wrong, at came to $25.75, I needed the sprinkler and was in a hurry so ok...I gave them $26 cash, they has no idea how to make change and looked shocked that I paid with cash! Actually commented that I needed to use the new credit card chip reader! Tried to give me $21 in change, but I am honest and told the gent he only owed me a quarter, it was like I discovered fire, he still didnt understand what had happened. I gAve up and left....sprinkler better last forever after this nonsense.

If you have to go, know what you need and hope that it is not an appliance. We bought a washer and dryer from here during a sale and then 3 weeks later received a automated call saying that our item was out of stock and they were substituting it with a different model for everyone. This was unacceptable for us as this is for a rental property we have and needed specific measurements. Sears was so unhelpful. It took many hours on the phone over several phone calls to correct the problem. Our appliance did not arrive until just over a month late. If you need a garden hose, by all means drop in to pick one up, but if you need an appliance shop elsewhere.

I just bought a front scoop attachment for a tractor for $350 from the Warrington store (it sells for $550 new) and brought it home only to find out it was missing the mounting parts. I called back and the manager told me that I would have to order and pay for the missing parts myself. Come to find out the missing parts cost $250 thus I will have paid $600 in total for a used scoop instead of buying a new one under warranty for $550. This is exactly why Sears stock is down ~50% over the past four years while the rest of the market was up ~75%. Top to bottom sears sucks. Update: to be fair the GM reached out to me to try and rectify the situation.

My husband just went down to this store to pick up a grass catcher for his new Craftsman lawn mower. The dope at the store told him theyre not in stock as they dont sell them there. When my husband came home and went online he called the contact number to find another Sears store where he could buy one. The rep told him the Sears Hardware he had just been to! When my husband called the store back, he got someone else who said they had one in stock! Those people down there know absolutely nothing and if they do, theyre too lazy and stupid to find the answer.

Washer/dryer sales rep was great so we decided to buy from here after shopping around all day. Delivery is awful! They called they night before to confirm the time, and when they never showed up, we called the delivery # and were told that the delivery was rescheduled due to a "defect." We were not notified of this change and stayed home from work expecting the delivery! We asked for a rebate and were told there was nothing they could do. I am now waiting for the store manager to get back to me.... this is ridiculous. Awful customer service.

Workers try to help BUT If you need 5 things they will have 3 If you need 4 things they will have 2 If you need 3 things they will have 1 If you need 1-2 things they wont have it, no matter what it is it will be out of stock or most likely not stocked. You can buy a hose but they dont have a two way splitter (they do have a 4 way splitter eegads). They have bird feeders but they dont have hangers to attached to a fence post.

Super awkward employees that literally sit and stare at you as you wander the completely barren store... Ive given this place a shot 3 times and it fell short each time.. Employees dont greet you or even speak to you and good luck finding one because theyre always hiding in the back or in desolate isles. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot on 611 instead.

Good quality tools and hardware at very good prices. I like to look online first to check if what Im looking for is in stock. Makes the shopping process quick and efficient, and you can sometimes get a lower price by buying online and picking up in-store.

Decent store. Has a nice selection of tools. Great place to get softener salt. I have not gone there to buy an appliance so I cannot comment on that. Decent prices on tools. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location, will go back again.
