Today at the Home Depot in Pottstown the Associates at the Pro desk did a wonderful job I have purchased a Milwaukee set from a different store when I went to return it the associate in the tool Department was not able to accommodate any Exchange for the damaged drill thanks to( Joy / Leo/ Kristen) @the Pro.desk and the store (manager Marty)...they went out of their way to make my day better they replaced my drill with no question asked and I explain to them one of my batteries stop charging they told me to bring it in and they would be happy to exchange it for New one Great customer service thank you very much

Superior customer service! Went in to purchase a table saw, router, etc. and SONNY, who is extremely knowledgable, went above and beyond to help! He immediately stopped what he was doing and patiently spent time explaining and answering questions. We finally made our purchases as the store was closing and instead of shooing us out, SONNY walked us to our SUV and helped us load everything in- What rare and excellent customer service!

I WISH I COULD PUT A NEGATIVE STAR. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK AT POTTSTOWN STORE NEED TRAINING. I HAD AN ISSUE WHERE MY WHITE FENCE WAS DAMAGED. MY GOAL WAS TO GIVE THEM MONEY TO REPLACE MY FENCE. AFTER MAKING 7 CALLS WITH NO PROGRESS. I CALLED LOWES. THEY ARE COMING TO MY HOUSE TOMORROW. GOOD BYE HOME DEPOT, YOU JUST DO NOT NOT UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS OF LISTENING.

This is my local Home Depot... After visiting other Home Depots I realized that the service is this store is lacking tremendously! The employees will walk right by, avoid eye contact, not say hello, and never seem to ask if you need help. I probably wont stop shopping there because it is close to my home, nonetheless, I hope the service improves.

Wanted a microwave which sales person stated not stocked at store but on display. On sale for $188. Office Depot charges $59.00 to have it deliver to the store since it is a nonstock product. Went to Lowes. They do not charge their customers to have items delivered to their store. Will think twice before going to Home Depot

I tried to rent a chipper in your pottstown store? they said I would have to drive over an hour to another store...they didnt rent anything. Please change your advertising to reflect that. Very disappointed.

Very dirty and disorganized. I was only asked by 1 person in millwork if I needed help. There was pallets full of product in the aisles. I couldnt shop.
