whatever happened to customer service? just because you as the clerk dont know the price of something it is not the standard operating procedure to have the CUSTOMER do YOUR job and make THEM go back to take a picture of the bar code and bring it back to you while you just sit there and wait. it has been my experience that you apologize, call for someone to assist you and not put the burden on the customer all the while your coworker/co-clerk is standing there arguing with me, the customer as to what it is exactly that I am purchasing. Wish i could just make a generalized comment and chalk it up to age, but both clerks were several decades apart and both apathetic to any sort of assistance. soooo not happy with the service i received today which is unusual as per my general experience with home depot. not that it matters, but i will not be going back to the frazer one because of it.

When we decided to get new doors from Home Depot we brought pictures of our current front door , screen door and back slinding door to show the direction the doors needed to open. The front door came in the wrong color. The screen door opened in the wrong direction. The back slinding door also opened in the wrong direction. We contacted the assistant manager and told him what happened and he informed us that the manager of the store would be contacting us. We never received any phone call at the store at all. The whole process was an extreme headache and ended up costing us a lot more money in labor and many weeks of cold because we had to wait for the new doors to come in. Needless to say I will not be shopping at this store again.

The staff at this store is so incredibly helpful and accommodating. I called them after learning the product I wanted wasnt available at my local store, and the on-line ordering for the product wasnt working so I called Frazer Steve in Lawn and Garden searched high and low and when he even called me back once he had located the only item left in the area and not available on line for a month because it was on back order. He had my product down from the high storage area, and waiting for me at customer service when I got there. Every time I have been in this store the staff is pleasant and helpful but they proved today that they will go above and beyond to help their customers. Well worth the detour to this store.

i would like to commend your employee bob. on Saturday between 4 and 5 oclock I stopped in at this store to pick out a light bulb. I was in a terrible rush as I was entertaining later. Now I have ptsd. And when Im under pressure and anxious It really kicks in. Ashamed to say that your employee bob was on the receiving end of this. He handled it very professionally and when he figured out I was having some trouble he was very sweet and understanding. An exemplary example of customer service. He could have flipped out and have been nasty right back but he wasnt. He handled it very professionally. He could have blew me off, not have helped me, but he did. Thank you Bob.

Can usually get in and out quickly and can find what I need. The app is also helpful to tell you exactly in the store where products are, combined with the actual aisles and bays flagged in the store. The Staff there is very helpful and pleasant. The checkout lines could be improved as too much emphasis is placed on self checkout which is ok but there is often a wait for it. In the Spring the checkout in the garden center is usually dreadful with only 2 lanes open. Yes, you could go inside and checkout faster but who wants to push 20 bags of mulch through the store?

Worst experience ever. Lesco grass seed. Was going to buy at least 5 25 lb bags. Figured other stores would have product closer to me. No. So not even an hour I go back to store. Product isnt in the location originally found. Ask associate, o I took them to the back for trash. They expired. And no you cant have them in any form. How is this possible on many levels? So less then an hour ago, You would have taken my $100+ .. I spend thousands of dollars. Have your card. I believe Lowes and other centers have my business now.. Last straw ..

Chaotic store. Called in and sent an e-mail with specific details of purchases from two departments on a Monday night for over 1,000 in products. Got OK from floor manager that it would be attended to and ready Thursday. Client stops in on Friday to pick up[ order. NOTHING READY! Call Saturday-- "cant find e-mail or order". Send back order. They are finally working on it. Store Manager of this store should be fired.

I absolutely adore Pete in the plumbing section. I was making shelves using planks and piping and he was very helpful from beginning to finish. I went back in a few months later and he came up to me, remembered my name, and asked how my store was doing- awesome customer service!

This store is difficult to navigate, although the staff do their best to help. Things are not as logically laid out as you get in other Home Depot stores. The garden section is pretty good. Parking is a mess, with ingress and egress hampered by a silly road scheme.

Marissa in kitchen design was fantastic to work with. She patiently helped my wife and I threw the process of designing a new kitchen and we commented to each other and how lucky we were to have gone to the Fraser Home Depot. She really knew her stuff.

Great employees that will help you find anything your looking. But as far as home depots selection of what you are looking for when youre there for a same day in store purchase I personally think all home depots have become show rooms

My husband and I went in to find a shovel during the snow storm last January. Not only did they run out of shovels, but they told us to leave as we looked for an alternative. First time Ive been asked to leave a store before.

I cant remember a time when they didnt have what I came for. I like that they dont move things around like some other retailers do. I can navigate to what I want rather quickly. I like that! Beware inspiration overload!

Bought an item and got the wrong size so I went right back to return it and they said I needed a drivers license to swap it out even though it was bought 5 minutes earlier. Customer service is literally in the dumps

I got a great deal on a clearance vanity for my home. Parking at the store can be somewhat challenging. I actually prefer to shop at the Home Depot in Downingtown.
