Bought a product that I ended up not needing back in January. Tried to return it and was told sorry not able to while purchasing other products. Not a huge loss but 1.99 and it requires a manager approval! And has to be bought less than 30days ago sorry lost a customer on that on hollenbach. Pennsburg is just as close.

Every time I go to get something there they are dont have what I want, or they are closed. The only reason I go there is because Pottstown is far. I would recommend that you call before you go, but service can be spotty as well.

It is closer to me, so I prefer to check here before the big box stores. 80% of the time they have what I need. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.
