Just like the old-fashioned hardware stores, they have (seemingly) everything and are unfailingly helpful and polite. I wish there were more like it, I can understand why "people" are starting to gravitate towards using local stores rather than the "big box"; frankly I do not patronize Lowes and Home Depot as I used to, for a start it saves gas and frustration in the summer battling all roads to those stores. Keep up the good work!!

3X as expensive as home depot and ZERO flexibility. Tried to return 2 small wrenches I bought the wrong size of and was met with BS about how "we dont know if its been used or not". It was the day after I bought them, in original packaging and in pristine condition. Why would I pay more and shop locally if you cant be flexible with a fellow local? I wont go back. Anyone need two $6 wrenches?

Great service and knowledgeable staff greet you at the door. Pretty good selection of hardware, power tools, lumber, garden and weekend project supplies. They have a whole warehouse out back for the large or heavy items so be sure to ask if you dont see what you need. Ive usually been pleasantly surprised.

There just what you need. You can look into the eyes of the family your supporting. They will go above and beyond to help you. Sure you might save a dime at other places with no relationship to your community at all. You could also move to Russia!
