Telephone service sucked. I couldnt reach any one for the longest and when I did they claimed they were busy and would call me back. I waited almost 30 minutes and nothing, so I called them back only to be put on hold for an additional 7 minutes only to be told the same thing. I just wanted to know of they had a specific kind of Ram in store but none of the dummies could even look it up on their cpu and tell me. Best Buy here I come. I concur with Jason Bennetts statement 100%.

I go here regularly mostly because of location. It is a good place to get documents copied and such. I often copy my artwork because draw for family and friends. The only problems Ive had are the colors always seem to be a little bit off, and they forgot to give me back my original twice. I had to go back inside and ask for it!

Everyone in the store is very helpful. I went in a couple weekends ago and the sales guys helped me pick out a really nice HP laptop that was a lot cheaper than Best Buy. My only complaint is this - why does the store sell chargers and cases for ipads but not ipads???

Lucy and Rich at the Office Depot on SW College Road are excellent they helped me find things including directions to the store. I decided to write this review because of the excellent service I received. Found a pot of deals on clearance items! Good prices!

Went to Office depot for items I needed. could not make purchase because no one in the store could operate the credit card terminal . They could not accept payment. Left items there and walked out.

The people working the business center, printing, copying etc. are completely unqualified. My local office Max was super professional. Office depot has disappointed me. Wont be going back

Was a ghost town last time I was there, no employees as far as the eye could see. Those that I could find were not helpful at all.

The store is fine but the shopping Centre parking lot is one of the most challenging on 200.
