Love this place. The owner is a true patriot. Fast , informed service providers who are willing to work with you on price when purchasing used firearms. I would have given it 5 stars if it werent for the bald guy with tattoos who works there. Apparently he thinks he knows me or something. I caught him pointing at me and running his mouth to another customer. I caught him and gave him a look so he would know and he turned away. The dude has a bad attitude every time I go there. I dont know if he even works there anymore...hes a punk anyway. The rest of the staff is great and it is truly a unique hardware store in the tradition of the old school hardware, Gun shop, trading posts I remember as a kid. Highly recommended

Im lucky enough to have boyers as my local hardware store. Any time your working on your house and something bad happens, they have it! Paint, plumbing, 10+ varieties of caulking, yard work equipment, even firearms to protect your house. Wide variety of everything you could need in one quick stop. They even have giraffe...yes a full size giraffe. Also for a independent store their prices are nothing to complain about. Small town business at its best!

AF Boyer is where I send my pistol students when they want a good quality firearm at a reasonable price. And I trust Alan will never steer someone to purchase a firearm that doesnt "fit" that person. And he can direct new gun owners in the direction of some very good NRA Pistol Instructors. Boyers owns its good reputation as an honest shop.

Ive used these guys for years , there knowledgeable and just good Ole boys, And even though there is an FFL closer to me I still dont mind the ride as it like a step back in time and if I need to check anything off my "honeydew" list they usually have it .
