I needed a 418-5000 Sch 40 1.5 INSIDE Pipe Extender, the salesman claimed there is no such thing. He then sold my wife a part that goes under the sink, telling her she could return it if was not the right part. Went to return it and was treated disrespectfully and rudely by the salesman who refused to take it back. It is only a $5 part, just not worth anything to me. Ace hardware will be getting my business now, they DO show respect to their customers, with or without a receipt.

We have purchased several items to include lawnmowers, weed-eaters, chairs, and honey-do items. The customer service is always top notch. Their has always been a worker greeting me at the door and escorting me to the exact spot of the item I need. This is a small town store and price typically reflect that.
