Great tools, some horrible employees! The tools are mostly a good deal. They discount a lot and offer coupons deals all of the time. The employees do not care whether youre there or not, in fact they would prefer you go somewhere else so they dont have to work. Even management doesnt care, they would rather stand around and watch long lines at the checkout instead of trying to lend a hand and get customers through. I hate going to this store but there are no other local stores that have the selection of tools they have.

This place hires morons. This one cashier-- I think her name is Kara, maybe, is both rude incompetent. A total incompetent moron on top of being a see you next Tuesday. Many of the guy cashiers and sales floor workers dont know their ass from their elbow either. This is what happens when you pay people $8/hr, the products are cheap and corporate greed matters more than anything. You get what you pay for here. GARBAGE!!!!!!

Its usually a one and done tool place for me. Ive bought a lot of home improvment tools for projects at this place. Some I have scrapped. Others I have still. The store is usually busy and the cashier usually is having a problem with something. Sign up for emails to get good cupons.

Decent tools for decent prices. Great sales. Free products with coupons! Good warranty plans. I usually dont purchase the warranty, but they sold me. Great for the do it yourselfer. DIY!

Wasnt bad, small store so the lines move catch up sometimes understandably. I always get what I pay for, and have never had an issue here. Good prices never hurt.

you get what you pay for but with that said they have a lot of really good stuff. Always ask for a coupon and check the tool carefully as some are bent
