Water heater was leaking,BOUGHT NEW UNIT,I tried to use same set up,(so many joints),LEAKED.Snapped picture,went right to HOME DEPOT,A stocky guy with shaved head,helped,then I showed him picture of my set up,he went to another guy,they both in seconds,set me up with "Do it yourself made easy rig",just by my picture.I got home,five minutes later was bleeding lines to flick breaker back on,NO SOLDER NEEDED.AT MY GENRES,I AM EXPERT,AND I LIKED HAVING HELP FROM ONES IN THEIR GENRE,who could do the same.Wish I knew their names.Going to HOME DEPOT FROM NOW ON BECAUSE THEY HAVE EVERY MODERN METHOD HANDY,AND FOLK WHO KNOW THEYRE BUSINESS..Think the one guy was named Dave,and the stocky guy with shaved head,would like to buy them a brew.CHEERS TO YOU CATS!!!

Bought carpeting in January from this place it now April miss 4 days of work 1 for measuring another for the installation at that time they told us they will have to come back to do the steps which required another day off. guess what they came 1 carpet need 2 to put all the pieces on the truck. told me they will have to come back again. Cant tell me when Another day off costing me 2000 dollars in lost pay I talked to the .manager she said o well nothing we could. Be careful with this store they dont care. Not fair at all Pro Install bull crap STAY AWAY I HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS TO PROVE THIS

I use Home Depot at least weekly for the job I work. I purchase everything from cleaning supplies to kitchen cabinets. I purchased multiple stoves, refrigerators and over the range micro-waves within the past 2 years. I have been having issues with a range locking the door after self clean and not releasing when complete. We used this feature twice and it locked permanent both times. You cant use the oven at all after this. Service for LG took 2 months to get the 1st repair. Now it is no longer covered. Home Depot says its not their problem - go somewhere else. Thats what I plan on doing.

Helpful staff and overall a great experience when I come here. Cashier lanes usually are quick and get you checked out in a reasonable amount of time. Getting keys cut however isnt the fastest and sometimes your waiting around for a while. Decent selection and they run some good deals on stuff frequently.

Worst Home Depot ever!! Tried ordering over the internet, never received an email confirmation and nothing after until two of the four items were delivered. I went to the store itself to find out what was going on and no one had any answers. The employees seemed to be annoyed with having to do their job.

Returned some items for store credit, the card was totally faded out in a few months from just sitting in my wallet. It seems like the cards are designed to fade out so they can keep your money. I guess ripping people off is just how they do business.
