Last year I bought wires for my boat trailer and attached them with the hardware included according to the instructions. This year the lights would not work and it seems the copper wire inside the connection has deteriorated to the point where it has become so brittle that it is impossible to strip the insulation back without the wire breaking. Terrible product, not a fault of this store in particular but Harbor Freight in general. I really should have known better. You get what you pay for.
