Feb 2, 2015, My wife and I have been looking for a treadmill or elliptical unit for several years. We looked at large sporting goods chains, as well as on line, and at exercise specific stores. We started to lose confidence because so many inexperienced sales people, as we were both frustrated with the process of looking. I stopped at G&G on January 27th on the way home, and spoke with Ken Wunderlin. I work for a large steel company producing drill pipe for the energy market, and am very detail oriented. Ken spent about an hour answering every question I had about the Precor treadmills; design, motors, function, cleaning, options, warranty, etc. I phoned the G&G Headquarters and spoke to Dan, to share my experience. Ken had factual data and information, he was very patient, and at the end of the hour, Ken recommended 2 models. The hard sell would be my wife, and on Saturday we returned. After 4 years of looking, and much frustration, Ken worked with my wife, and explained the benefits of each unit, the ease of use, care, motors, and answered every question my wife had. When we left, our decision was solid. I stopped at G&G again tonight for a weight vest and again talked to Ken for about 20 minutes about different work out strategy with the weight vest. I give Ken an A+, and I will return to G&G because of Ken. We are taking delivery of the treadmill in 2 days, and cant wait !. Terry Onufer, Mars, Pa.

Ive had the best experiences for 14 years with G&G Fitness. My first purchase was a Life Fitness Club model elliptical. Because of a minor glitch which couldnt be repaired, and because the manufacturer was taking too long to decide on exchanging it, they replaced it themselves. Recently Im awaiting delivery of another Club Model which Ken Wunderlin helped make happen. After 14 years of everyday use the original one finally died. It was the best! I cheaped out and bought a lessor model which was nice, but not as good as the original. After a year I really missed the original one. Ken helped me get a great price on the less expensive model and replace it with another Club Model. He really went out of his way to make all of that happen. He took the already excellent service G&G to a whole new level. Its my fourth Cardio machine from them and theyve been great.

I purchased an Octane Fitness Zero Runner and was assisted by Ken Wunderlin. Ken was exceptionally knowledgeable about all of the machines that he showed me before I settled on the Zero Runner. Ken was also very responsive during the sales process and a very pleasant person to deal with. He displayed great patience while I looked at all my options. I really do not like the "hard sell" and I got none of that from Ken. The machine was delivered today. The delivery gentlemen were professional and prompt. They assembled the machine very quickly. I had my first workout on the machine and it was fantastic. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience working with G&G Fitness in Warrendale.

I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor, so I was hesitant to have my husband pick and purchase an indoor cycling bike as my Christmas gift. Nonetheless, I gave him my requirements as the bike was number 1 on my wish list. Well, my bike is fantastic!! Thanks to Ken for his knowledge and expertise. He was able to guide my husband through the purchase, checking off everything I wanted in the bike!! To my husband satisfaction, the purchase was simple and the price was better than he anticipated. I could of not had a better experience with the staff and knowledge and advice provided in my selection of an elliptical. I will be sure to look here in the future, much better quality than your typical box store products. Priced a little higher, but worth the better quality.
