Hace años que compro en Tennis Plaza cada vez que viajo a Miami. Casi siempre voy al abierto de Miami (antes Sony Ericcson). Esta última vez compré en Tennis Plaza muchos articulos y tambien compré en la carpa que siempre está en Miami Open. Entre las cosas que compré quise cambiar (no devolver) un bolso de tenis en la tienda que está sobre Biscayne Blvd. Lo cual las empleadas me dijeron que no me podian cambiar por otro bolso ni devolver el importe que dice la factura. Que lo cambie donde lo compre (en tennis Plaza). Es decir que tendría que ir hasta la isla pagar una entrada de u$s 250 para cambiar un bolso de u$s 45. ?¿ Tambien me dijeron que ellos no tienen nada que ver con el Tennis Plaza que está en el Open. No tuve tiempo de averiguar donde esta en Miami la oficina de defensa al consumidor para hacer mi queja.

Pretty awful service. In short, nobody wanted to help, and when asked for some assistance I was left standing there as the employs talked back, and forward on who should actually do their job. When somebody finally came up to help, they didnt even know what they were doing. If youre going to this store expect to shop independently since nobody there is willing to be of any use.

What horrible service. I buy a lot of equipment, balls, clothes and strings and I was completely ignored in an empty store? As I walked out, I tried to give them the benefit of doubt and said "no one wants to help me?" the male staff continued speaking to the female and did not even acknowledge me - weird, and disappointing.

Best tennis place in south florida near aventura. Nice people and very good service. If something is missing theyll make free order for youand let you know when it comes and there is an option to send it to your place or to pick it up at store. I buy there a lot.
