Possibly the worse customer service Ive seen in a long time. When they sent me a defective Landyachtz Dodge 32, it became serious tooth and nail just to get Neanderthal responses from them regarding a return request after every attempt to fix the issue (defective truck/wheel system) was made, even at their suggestion. Their website says, "If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange." Believe me folks, this isnt true. If you have ridden it and find out its defective, they will respond with the following : " item must be returned in unused condition with no wear on the wheels and no marks on the trucks or deck." Now those are two very contradictory statements. How can you be dissatisfied with something, unless you tried it? And if you tried it, its considered used, and now un-returnable. Their customer service rep (if you are the owner, please get some training in writing emails, or sell your store for petes sake) is pretty useless.

My two boys are now into riding scooters so I stopped in the avalanche skate shop to see if they carried any scooters. To my surprise they had hundreds of scooters in stock specifically the one my son as an out and about. John walked me through several variations of scooters from different manufacturers and explained wheel sizes, compression settings and upgrades. Im always grateful when someone knowledgeable is willing to help. I highly recommend the avalanche skate shop.

One of the best skate shops Ive ever visited. The staff that works there are good,kind people who have an vast knowledge of the product that they carry. Not only do they have good customer service,but they also have a variety of brands to choose from! Highly recommend coming here first before anyone else!

Love the store and its location, real easy to get there. The attendants were very customer service oriented, they helped me put together my sons present from the skateboard, shoes and gear. Great display and variety! when comparing prices they were very competitive and in fact we saved some!
