How is it that this store is still open, in the most humble way and out of my feelings, this store is a disgrace, they sold my fiance broke controllers and told him to bring them back in 17 days if anything is wrong to exchange. Of course something was wrong and he went back. They told him that day he needed a receipt which they didnt say he would need to keep the first day he purchased them. That mad him frustrated because they tried to make him give them back and recieve 6$ for 17.00$ controllers. Then when he asked for a manager because he didnt have the receipt and they were broke they rudely stated the manager and assistant manager is already present and they couldnt help him. As a manager your goal is to make sure your customer is satisfied. The fact that the guy pretended just a couple days ago that he dont remember who he was, showed that that store works against the customers and stealing money. They need to do some rehiring Im pretty sure the person who owned the store wouldnt be pleased on how the employees treat their customers

Jose, one of the sales associates, tried to scam me into buying the Xbox 360 4GB Console and Kinect, all as separate items, when they are being offered for a much lower price, when sold in the package deal. Hes very friendly and polite, but hell try to juice every dime out of you if you dont know much about gaming. Do your research before you go to purchase a game system from Jose.

The manager at this store printed out a sales receipt with another customers name on it( my son has an account with them). My son also put down a deposit there for a new game. Gamestop employee put in register wrong info and wrong amount of $. They never gave us the $back or an apology. We'll never shop there again.

Ok first off dont listen to the bad reviews (most of em anyway) 80% of the time I was treated fairly and had no problem. The workers have never been rude to me and I have gotten my way at least 98% of the time. Im about to go there now in fact.

Best gamestop ever went in to buy forza 4 expecting to pay 30-50 dollars and came out with $50 in my pocket because traded in 4 games they was worth $50 so I didnt spend money I broke even anyway the staff is very supportive and understanding.

I went here looking to get a copy of Gear of Wars 4 to be played on the PC. I wanted to bypass downloading the 73 gig. Working in a game store, the staff was not very knowledgeable. I left empty-handed and just ordered it online.
