Their employees are not helpful, trade-in value for unopened games was $40 less than we paid for them several days before, and we always leave the store with more work to do. Policies are always ridiculous for trade-ins and bundles, save some time and buy/sell in some other store. Grant in particular treated me like a child.

I just was at this location with my wife to buy play station 4 to our son and there was a girl worker And has very bad bad bad attitude, didnt like it at all we just left the store and the manager was just look at her doing nothing, well seems to me they dont care about the business...

Just called twice. Their phone is messed up. They cant hear me and ive been calling all the game stops looking for a product so the problem is on their end.

Some of the workers are friendly. They never seem to have any of the popular games that I want in stock. They always have sports games in stock though.

Prices are higher. 349 for Xbox 1s . Went to Walmart 290 (they price matched best online price). Trade-in value is pretty horrible... Just dont.

Its pretty good as far as game stores go. Manager could be a little bit more friendly. The girl that works there is very nice, tho.
