I have never had a pleasant interaction with their arrogant, belittling and emotionless staff. Regardless of who it was, the treatment was the same to me every time. My last straw was calling in this morning to inquire if they would buy a particular item. I was met with frustration as the grump on the other line barked NO, with a superior tone that Incinuated that I should have known the answer before calling. I dont think there are enough empty stars to give an accurate rating of this establishment so I suppose ZERO will suffice. There are many other instances but I dont have any more time to waste.

DONT bother going here if you are selling things. I understand places like this buy things at a low price in order to make a profit, but these guys will offer you an offensively small amount of money for your valuables. Its fine if a store is only interested in certain products, but dont lie on your website and make it seem like you are interested in buying everything under the sun. The customer service ranges from decently helpful to rude and unhelpful. Again, I wouldnt bother unless you are looking to buy their cheap stuff.

I just brought in a google chrome book not even a year old and the guy offered me $20. I thought he was kidding as Im staring at him waiting for him to laugh. Never will I go back to that place again. It gave me a dreary feeling and the guy was an ignorant person. He kept asking me the weirdest questions on why I wanted to sell the laptop when really I had no answer other than its just not useful for me anymore. Do not go to this place! Complete rip off

Very rude, and unprofessional. Had called before and was told they buy what I had, so I drove to them (meanwhile my car was on E and I really needed the money times are tough) got to the store was accused of the items being stolen(meanwhile I had the receipt from when I bought them!) Still was told they wouldnt purchase them! If I could give them a no star review I would.. I will NEVER buy or sell anything here again !!!!!

Not much to really say about this place except they dont just buy anything like their website seems to show. They will give bottom dollar for everything like all pawnshops will, so dont expect to go in and get hundreds for your junk. I use this place to dump off my overflow of ebay items that dont get sold to make a quick buck rather than trash it.

I purchased an amplifier that didnt work. They refused to take it back. They were very very rude and hung up on me when I called. I will never go back or provide them with more business. I hope their business fails and all their employee become homeless.

I was there today and they had the greatest sale. All DVDs and video games were 50% off. I bought an entire bag of Playstation games and some blu-ray movies for under 20 bucks

Do not go here. They are very rude, and only buy things that interest them. Regardless of the condition. They low ball you when you sell and rip you off when you buy.

Just a bit low on pricing sometimes and will usually tell you a $5 $10 difference in what they will give so you bring it and then you know already know the game..
