If I could 0 star this place I would. YOU know how there is thousands of Gamestops in the world. Well this one his by far the absolute worst. They are always giving you the wrong information on their products. How do you work with videos games all day, stock the store, and help technically if you dont even know anything about the products you sell. They are rude and always rushing. They should compensate customers for wasting time and gas coming here just to say they are sold out of something..even if you called prior. Normally Gamestop employees are extremely nice and educated on their products. NOT THIS ONE. Find another Gamestop or pay the price for their screw ups here. Youve been WARNED!

Manager is super bubbly and an amazing help. I always ask for Linda if I call in. Otherwise, Mike, Josh and Holly are outstanding amd completely down to earth. The store is fairly organized, but if you cant find something or dont want to even bother looking, theyll be more than glad to check the system to see if they have what you need. If not, they always offer to ship to store or to your home. Love this group. No offense to the closer stores, but ill gladly trek the 20 Mins to shop here.

Everytime I go here, I see the same people and get the same experience. They are rude, and make me feel as if I am unwelcomed. I believe the manager is the african american man, and he always gives me a dirty look. I always go in with friends, and they feel the same way. This is not a biased review, I returned to the store multiple times to see if they were just having a bad day, but they were just rude. Go down to the one at willowgrove mall, at least they wont treat you like youre not welcomed.

Moved to Abington two and a half years ago. Been to this store many many times they are ALWAYS helpful. And pleasant even if they dont have what you need .if someone was there and didnt get waited on as quickly as they wanted .it was probably because someone else was there ahead of them !!

Went in to get a *New Nintendo 3DXL asked the manager to get one from the back for us, she said ok, then went to help another customer instead. We will be going to the Willow Grove and Richboro locations from now on, they are both closer and friendlier than this location!

Worst service I think I have ever experienced. The woman behind the register had us waiting twenty minutes while she chatted it up with two of her friends. Do yourself a favor and go to the target next door for your games.
