It is Sunday morning on July 27th 2014, the time is 10:25 am and my boyfriend and 2 grandsons ate sitting outside of the gamestop in Folsom, because when I looked up what time you open, it said 10 am., but when they got there the store was closed and the time on the window said 11 am. Why put 10 am on the internet if your not going to be open at that time. We live to far away to come back home and go back, and with the price of gas being so high. I really think you need to change the time for Sundays before any more customers have to go through what we are going through on this Sunday morning. Thank you.

So, Im sitting here at 10:05am after driving 21 miles (thats $6.60 in fuel for me) because your store hours say 10am on your site. Im not sitting here for an hour as your sign says 11am, so thatll be 21 miles home. In other words, I just wasted roughly $13 because you people cant put proper store hours on your damn site. Oh yeah, and the pre-owned game you sold me has more scratches than CDs Ive owned since 1993. Next time I can make it down here is more than 7 days from now, so guess Im out $70. Unbelievable.

Every time I go in they are more then helpful. They always strike up conversations and Im usually their longer then I thought Id be just talking about video games. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. The rare few times I had to bring back a pre owned item they helped exchange it no problem. Pre owned items not working is the fault of the original owner not the company.

The rudest people I think Ive ever met. Should not be in customer service. I contacted corporate and informed them of how this store treats its customers. Go to a different gamestop. Its worth the extra gas to drive to another. You would have a better experience in a lions den than to be serviced by the employees at this gamestop

Bought a pre-owned xbox 360 controller. 40 dollars! More expensive than a brand new one! And it didnt even work! Definitely going back tomorrow to fix this situation and Im absolutely disgusted.

This place is great I have lived in Ridley for 12 years and me and my kid go there all the time the people there are also very helpful and they are always in stock I love this GameStop.

The people are very helpful but sometimes information is not relayes correctly. A few times Ive gone in & a new associate has no idea what Im talking about until management steps in.

I came in asking for help with a game and had a question about a certain system, but in return I got employees opinion. The guy was rude, disrespectful and didnt let me talk period!

Game stop is a rip off, they give you $5 for a game then go sell it for$40, all of the pre-owned games are over priced, would not buy from there
