Usually the staff there is very good BUT the one guy(Gerard) with really long shaggy hair and a 1/2 ass mustache, looks like a total stoner. That guy is as USELESS as it gets, he can barely use the register/computer.Everytime i come to this gamestop and he rings me up he has to ask someone how to open the register. This guy is as incompetent as it gets, just a total waste of a person.

Theyre always busy, and the staff rotates often so the good people get transferred to other stores that need good customer service. Instead of walking in and seeing friends you get whole new people that are trying to keep up with their job. Sometimes corporate says to push a game to everyone even if its not age appropriate and the staff has to or be fired.

I will avoid the Game Stop closer to my house to go to this one for game releases or whatever.
