Really poor experience. Two issues. 1. Purchased used controller. They gave me one that said "inspected" to work. Turns out it came with a dead rechargeable battery pack. How do I use it this way without any charger. Returned it and they said it should have come with a regular set of batteries instead. I wonder how they "Inspected" it? Wanted to return it for refund. They said they couldnt as the funds from the prior day hadnt posted yet. What a crock! I had my receipt for payment. Give me my refund please. After we went round and round a few times on this, they checked and it turned out it WAS posted and I could have my refund after all. Did I say What a Crock? 2. New to video games and was looking for a game to play with my 7y/o son. Game they sold me was single player only. Tried to return it the very next day. No returns/refunds. I ended up selling it to them for $7. Paid $13. I took the $5 hit as I didnt want to have anything to do with them. Game Stop is now my go to place. 7 days return/refunds/exchanges. Easy! Tried a few games with said 7y/o. Returned a few and purchased more. Found the ones we liked. Will go back again and again to GAME STOP. Just a short walk away in the mall. Not to mention all over town.

Swung by a few times out of curiosity. Most games are unbelievably overpriced (150% or more compared to the ebay prices) and the staff was VERY pushy. There was no one else in the store but the employee rushed me to the counter, rang me up, and impatiently interrogated me about whether I was done yet after each and every game I chose, to the point that he made me feel like I was wasting his precious time. Pushed out of the shop before Id bought a third of what Id planned to. These guys make a price gouging pawn shop feel like heaven by comparison. I wont be coming by here any more.

Please do not give business to places like this who profit off the game market. Its sickening. Go to eBay and make stores like this go away. Who cares if block buster went out of business and now we have these over priced retail stores who only bring people in because they have some "ok" titles, Im not trying to pay gas money, actual time, and pay 10-20$ over eBay pricing to these stores. Game collectors and gamers should stand together and revolt against these stores. Keep your old stuff and dont trade it in, youll get more cash from your local neighbor than any of these stores.

Its a nice little store considering there arent many of these around, but their prices are absurd. I understand its near impossible to compete with the internet in this day and age, but they should really check sites like ebay and look at the average sold prices for the games theyre stocking because many of them arent worth even a fraction of what theyre asking. Because of this, serious collectors are probably better off sticking to the internet.

I went and traded in a video game called "Parasite Eve" and 4 other games and got about 30 dollars for the lot. The next time I come in, I see the same game, "Parasite Eve" being sold in their store for $100. I understand that they have to make a profit but this is just underhanded. Plain and simple.

They have a great selection of retro games but I wish they would price match with GameStops online. Currently they are on the 2nd floor of the plaza, next door to GameStop. They also have a store on the court side of the mall on the 2nd floor next to Wentworth Gallery.

I personally that the staff was great, friendly and very patient with me. The girl who helped me with my trade couldnt of been friendlier and the guy that was helping her was easy going a good to why I waited for my games to be tested.

Poor selection. Has been pretty much picked through and mostly worthless sports title are left. They had Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword for $44 and the Gamestop literally next door to them was selling it for $37.

great store extremely nice workers, knew what they were talking about and prices were amazing i saw star wars battlefront there for 10 dollar while it sells for almost 100 dollars anywhere else

prices are just bad. i dont know how stores like this stay in business when they charge so much. trade them an expensive game and theyll charge almost double for it next time..

one time I went there they had all the ps2 games I liked. the staff are so nice to me 10/10!
