Terrible experience with assocciates Matthew and Max. Preordered a game that was released on a Friday and was told by Matthew the game would be there until Sunday. Sent someone in Sunday to pick the game and not only was the game not held, but she was overcharged for the game. When I called in to explain that I was told by an associate that the game was suppoaed to be there I was brushed off and the answer I received from Max was "okay." Max was the one who rang up the transaction and overcharged her for the game as well. Ive spent a lot of money with this company over the past few years. After my next preorder this is the last time I will be doing business with them. Ill just go back to Amazon for games from now on. At least i know Ill actually get what Im preordering and if an issue does arise there will be 10x better customer service.

Bad management. Tried to call with a question, they answer and hang up the phone or dont answer it at all. Professional buisness dont handle an busy store like that. Poor management.
