I have been going to the Thorndale Kmart for over thirty years, I personally have never has a problem there. I have always been treated in a kindly fashion. They were always helpful when I asked for assistance. No....I dont know anyone that works there, I just want to share my honest experience with this Kmart. In any business you can have disrespectful people working there but it should not reflect on the other workers there. The bad employee should be dealt with so the customer needs to let the store manager know what has happened and allow the manager to decide what to do with that employee. I can even go as far to say a few of the ladies there were very nice to me. I felt I should post this review out of fairness to Kmarts good employees.

Ive been visiting my best friend for several weeks here. She decided she needed something from Kmart. We went to the closest one which was at Thorndale. We sought assistance from one of the clerks there. He was extremely rude and suggested we go to Home Depot to get what we wanted. Several minutes later, he even threatened bodily harm to my friend when she questioned him. Eventually several other store clerks assisted us, and we got the item we wanted. However, I certainly would not want to go back there. It was a horrible experience. This store actually deserves a -10 review!☹️

The hours say that they close at 10 but we went to go get stuff and the doors were locked!!!! I think they should close the time that they say because there are probably little teenagers in there that just want to fool around so they close the store early!!!! I am not happy with there service and I think they need to change a lot !!!!!! And there were other people looking like they had to go in too so they better get there act together an close when the door says they close or change their sign and I am very mad and upset about this

The store itself is pretty good, well organized and clean.. typical sales. My biggest issues are that there is only one riding cart for those of us with disabilities. Also good luck trying tho find someone on the floor of you need assistance and definitely do not call and ask for a specific Department because no one will ever answer the telephone.

Close your eyes, imagine what a Kmart is like. That is what this Kmart is like. Broken front door, bad lighting, worn out tile floors. Some areas are very disorganized. Often out of stock. Slow checkout systems. Everyday it is more amazing that Kmart still exists.

The hours say they are open till 10:00 and I arrived at 9:10 and the doors were locked and it want just me who were there complaining about the locked doors. If the hours are till 10:00 they should not close before hand because some people need some last minute items.

Overpriced and employees are not trained to deal with the public. Employees are not informed about sales and have no idea what they are doing. Too much talking and fooling around on the clock.

Do not do in-store pick up at this location. I had to wait for over 45min before they were able to locate my item that was ready for pickup.
