Its not that I dont like the store (or ACME itself), its the fact that they dont have any self-serve checkout options!! In some cases, self checkout can be annoying because the kiosks sometimes detect theft or other issues that are not true at all, but when 68 (yes, I counted....) people are trying to pay for their groceries, having self checkout can be a real life-saver (not to mention time saver) because self checkout registers allow for quicker checkout, giving more people a chance to checkout in a short period of time. Even despite all that, the store itself is very clean, well-stocked, and bright! The only thing that caused the store to lose points on MY record is the checkout experience. TIP FOR MANAGER: Add some freaking self serve checkout kiosks and be quick about it!!!!!

Wow, this place is in total disrepair. Walls and (possibly asbestos?) floors torn up. We both had a severe physical reaction walking in, which makes sense because it smells like mold in there. We also werent the only ones. I dont understand how theyre still open with all this going on. What happened, Acme? The store used to be so nice. Do the right thing and close down during extensive renovations for the safety of your employees and customers.

If I could give it a zero I would this store never has enough registers open and even got rid of the you scans that the original superfresh had. I have walked in 5 times since moving back into the area and walked out 4 times because I wanted one thing and wasnt waiting a half an hour to buy it. Not very happy considering the one in west chester was so great

No self checkout lanes, takes longer to wait in line then to do actual shopping. Used to be a superfresh and acme did nothing to make it not look like one.

Deli counter is terrible, produce is hit or miss, and the checkout lines are very slow moving... Suggestion, add some self check out lines.
