I love the Ivyland Country Store. I used them 12 times this summer to cater my companys lunch and learn sessions. We were never disappointed. They were always on time. Nothing was ever left out or wrond and the food was fresh and delicious.The prices are reasonable. My students raved about the food everytime. The fresh fruit salad is the best Ive ever had. I also cant say enough about their customer service. Tracy generally took my orders and she was proficient at taking the order and making sure I had everything I needed each and every time. Im only sorry that my lunch and learns are over for the year. Ill order from Ivyland Country Store again and again. Be sure to try the hand carved ham, turkey or pork sandwiches. They were by far our favorite tray this summer.

I used to love Ivyland Country Store but they have really gone downhill. If you order anything for delivery, it will take at least an hour to get to you, no matter what time of day you call. They dont give itemized receipts for delivery unless you request in advance so when you are pretty certain you are being overcharged, the driver cant answer any of your questions. Also, they apparently have no idea what is in their soups so if you call back and say "hey, Im allergic to _____ and it was in the soup" they act surprised, say "sorry about that" and hang up before you can respond to ask for a refund.

Foods:Good food! Price: The best deal going is a lunch special, $7-8 for a sandwich, side and drink, cant beat it. Beware it can get pricey if you start ala carting your order.. You can easily drop $15+ on a hoagie, soup and drink. Service: theyre nice people, the delivery guy is fast. They need a better order taking system - Weve had a few instances where the food bill has been added up wrong or items were forgotten, theyll correct it, but still, its frustrating at times.. Overall its a solid lunch joint, its best to have them itemize/price your order, read back and pay cash..

My man Danny Deckchair told me to hit this place up. We are going in a few minutes. Ill check on the headset situation, further report coming soon. **UPDATE** Deckchair once again has not let me down. Not only was my hoagie incredible, I almost dove head first into some Moose Tracks Ice Cream. The person answering the phone seemed very capable of holding a conversation. **UPDATE** Just finished my second sandwich from this little gem of a Country Store and am even happier this time than the last. This seriously had to be the best hoagie Ive ever had. Customer service - A+

I worst customer service. Every time you call them they just tell you that they dont understand you or just hang up. They should buy a new headphone or change the person who takes calls. DO NOT recommend it to anybody.
