so I practically lose my Sh*& every time I walk in this store. Its impossible to not buy something. I had a couple returns but overall I really like the quality of the tools. I do have to say that if your a stuck up "snap on" jagoff then its probably not for you. perfect weekend warrior store.

Rudest cashiers I have ever met!!!! Bought a $300.00 security system they cheated me out of my free gift and acted more rude when I picked up a preferred member book and Im not a preferred member. WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN!

Manager doesnt know his merchandise. Had to wait to get to check out to get any help and that help came from the lame manager. Merchandise seems ok. Lets see how long it lasts.

Love this store. But hate the batteries for the hand tools. Just terrible. Quality of the tools.seems OK, but you need a new battery or charger every time you go to use it
